Job Responsibilities:
Lead experimental wet-lab efforts to scale up high-throughput screening of RNA therapeutics.
Design and conduct chemical synthesis and analysis to generate high-quality datasets for training AI models.
Mentor junior research lab members in experiments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including AI scientists and engineers.
Stay current with advancements in RNA therapeutics innovation, contributing to the evolution of our methodologies.
Participate in regular meetings and present findings to academic and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Strong background in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and hands-on experience with wet-lab techniques (e.g., chemical synthesis and analysis, high-throughput screening) is preferred.
Demonstrated interest or experience in RNA therapeutics and high-throughput innovation.
Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with computational team members focused on AI model development.
Oversee and report project progress.
Ability and willingness to work some flexible hours.
