Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client relationships? World Courier is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in both the Clinical and Commercial departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, tailored solutions, and a seamless experience that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process and monitor client bookings via email, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

  • Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.

  • Maintain and update our Enterprise Resource Planning systems with essential client information and reports.

  • Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.

Experience: 

  • Exceptional written skills as the majority of communication is via email.

  • Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the health industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads.
