About the role 
 

We’re seeking a Reporting & Optimisation Specialist to help embed best practice metrics of success, campaign planning, testing, reporting and optimisation in all of our customer journeys to deliver measurable business and customer benefits

Day-to-day, you will: 

  •  Managing a backlog of testandlearn and other optimisation initiatives, while maintaining robust, automated reporting and reconciliation processes, including daily BAU monitoring to ensure ongoing accuracy and performance.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including implementation of new workflows, data migration reconciliation & reporting, results analysis and optimisation recommendations while ensure business as usual activities are maintained. 
  • Actively participate in the cross-functional digital transformation project squads.  
  • Attend meetings as a subject matter expert in marketing optimisation, providing guidance and options to stakeholders on journey and campaign design, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting, channel selection, and opportunities for ongoing optimisation 
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities for dashboards and other reporting tools that will provide useful insights into communications conversion and customer engagement 
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports, including the credit communications conversion dashboard and reconciliation dashboard  
  • Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations 
  • Provide support and guidance for team members and other stakeholders around marketing optimisation    

 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 
  

  • Experience managing reporting and optimisation for a digital communications distribution platform, preferably (but not necessarily) Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Experience working in an organisation with multi-channel, complex customer journeys 
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail and the ability for big-picture thinking 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills 
  • Medium to Advanced Tableau and SQL Query skills 
  • Advanced report preparation and presentation skills 
  • Continuous improvement mindset 
  • Stakeholder management experience and influencing skills  
  • Degree in Business discipline 
  • Experience rolling out Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein functionality 
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification/s 
  • Experience working in an agile environment
