About the Role

Position Title: Sr Analyst -General Affairs     

Corporate Title: Analyst                

Reporting to: Vice President, CC - General Affairs Mumbai

Location: Mumbai                  

Job Profile

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, mailroom, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, UPS, and general infrastructure.
  • Ensure office space planning, seating allocation, workstation setup, and support for new joiner onboarding.
  • Monitor facility-related SLAs, AMCs, and service quality through regular audits.
  • Support workplace safety and compliance activities, including fire-safety checks, mock drills, and statutory documentation.
  • Manage administration services such as travel desk coordination, asset management, courier/logistics, and stationery procurement.
  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, townhalls, training programs, and leadership meetings.
  • Oversee front office management and ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Coordinate with facility management partners, housekeeping agencies, security providers, and engineering vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and support procurement in vendor onboarding/renewals.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring annual facility & admin budgets.
  • Ensure invoices, POs, and financial documentation are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain documentation required for internal/external audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and monthly updates for management review.
  • Implement company policies, workplace standards, and risk mitigation measures.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

·  6+ years of experience in office administration, facility management, or corporate services within a mid-to-large-sized organization.

·  Strong understanding of facility operations, vendor management, and workplace compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in facility operations, housekeeping/engineering oversight, and administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety norms, statutory requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, budgeting, and vendor evaluation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and facility management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and drive timely resolutions.
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
