Position Responsibilities
- Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, including development of analyses that support process and project improvements.
- Manage and coordinate business and technical projects across all phases—initiation, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to define and manage project scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while meeting all business objectives.
- Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide effective and regular communication to project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
- Identify project resource needs and establish roles, expectations, and measurable goals for team members.
- Drive assessment, management, and mitigation of delivery risks that may impede project success.
- Report on and manage project resource allocations and budgets within the project area.
- Evaluate post‑project impact and create lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strong contributor and enablement partner within the immediate team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial/Investment Management, Legal Management, or other relevant post‑secondary field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within IT, Financial Services, or Middle/Back Office operations, enabling integrated solutions for process, technology, and data optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and Project.
- Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Ability to work across different shift schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven adaptability with experience learning new products, technologies, and tools quickly.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering, documentation, UAT testing, etc.).
- Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage inter‑departmental relationships effectively.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to make well‑supported recommendations.
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance industries.
