As a Repair Pricing Principal Specialist, you will join a growing global team responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies for Service Bulletins and key product lines. You will shape efficient pricing processes, analyze large data sets, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams worldwide-driving accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

 

What will you do:

 

  • Develop pricing for all new chargeable Galley Insert Service Bulletins (SBs) and others product lines as needed
  • Annually review and adjust pricing for existing SBs to establish future-year price lists
  • Create streamlined and efficient processes for pricing and communicating SB pricing with MROs
  • Lead improvement initiatives to standardize SB pricing and quoting processes across multiple internal MROs and product lines
  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate large data sets in Excel to support pricing decisions and reporting
  • Lead cross-functional, multi-site projects, develop new processes, and drive continuous improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • This position is on a global team and will require flexible hours to accommodate frequent meetings and working sessions with US based teams
  • This position is classified as onsite; however, there may be opportunities for flexibility or a hybrid work arrangement in the future

 

Qualifications You Must Have:

 

  • Typically requires a university degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (finance, business, project management, data analytics, or a related field), or an advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and complex nested formulas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

 

Qualifications We Prefer:

 

  • Demonstrated experience with internal company accounting systems like E1 or SAP
  • Familiar with MRO processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, question assumptions, and make fact-based decisions
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership of assignments, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate across global teams and all organizational levels
