한국애질런트테크놀로지스㈜ Service Contact Center에서 Remote Engineer를 모집합니다.
이 직무는 LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Spectroscopy 등 분석 장비에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객의 기술적 문제를 원격으로 해결하고 전문 지원을 제공하는 핵심 역할입니다.

주요업무:

• 전화 및 Kakao e-service를 활용한 기술 지원 제공
• 고객 문의를 신속하고 효율적으로 처리하며 CRM 시스템에 문서화 및 기록
• 문제의 근본 원인 분석 및 원격 해결(가능한 경우)
• 내부 지식 기반 및 부품 예측 도구 활용하여 적합한 수리 절차와 부품 예측

May have knowledge of third-party products.

May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers.

May train other field engineers or customers.

May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.

May qualify leads.

Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.

Requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc.

Qualifications

경력 요구사항 (신입 및 경력 모두 지원 가능)

• 학사 또는 석사 학위 졸업
• 동종업계 또는 분석업무 관련 3년 미만의 경력 보유
• 분석 장비 관련 경험자 우대 (Chromatography, Spectroscopy 등)

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
