Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager is an individual contributor who will focus on Affluent to High-net-worth bank customers. Scope of RM will be serving and maintaining customer relationships to support Banca business objectives.


Position Responsibilities: 

  • Consolidate daily tracking report of the sales team
  • Deliver sales target as assigned by the line manager
  • Providing life insurance solutions to Bank’s clients
  • Work closely with Bank Relationship Manager and provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term financial needs
  • Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ sales/ customer relation experiences in banking/financial industry
  • Good English and Khmer languages
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet & Email-Outlook).
  • Good personality, commitment, self-driven and self-motivation.
  • Be able to do public speaking/presentation
  • Strong Relationship Management capabilities with sound sales and negotiation skills.
