Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Rehire Scheduler (Vendor Supply Chain Coordinator) based in New Iberia, LA. You’ll be responsible for managing the rehire process to meet customer orders when Aggreko lacks available fleet, equipment or parts.

What you’ll do as Rehire Scheduler:
- Based out of our New Iberia, LA service center, you will manage the rehire process to fulfill customer orders when Aggreko lacks an available fleet or parts
- Identify rehire requirements and manage the process with suppliers, including the prompt return of equipment at the end of the hire
- Source all rehire needs via preferred vendors and create/maintain price lists for sourced equipment
- Engage procurement support for pricing and quoting needs, escalating commercial issues to ensure recovery
- Proactively replace rehire with Aggreko gear, conducting weekly reviews to ensure optimal use of resources
- Accountable for completing related administrative tasks, including purchase orders (POs), recharges, and supplier invoices, and collaborate with the billing team to address any issues with vendor invoices
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
- 2 + years of Supply chain, logistics, project management and vendor management experience
- Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical skill with an attention to detail and execution
- Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other software programs
