In this vital role you will the Director, Strategic Planning & Operations for BAI will serve as a trusted partner to the BAI leader and leadership team, helping drive organizational planning and effectiveness, budget management, business performance, and execution against enterprise and functional priorities. BAI organization is part of GCCI (Global Customer Capabilities % Innovation) that supports a broad range of analytics and insights capabilities, including forecasting, analytics, competitive intelligence, primary market research, and global insights. This role will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive operational excellence, prioritization, and future-state organizational planning.
This leader along with BAI leadership will help shape and run the business of BAI by establishing the operating rhythm, driving governance and decision-making, coordinating quarterly business reviews, managing budget planning and resource alignment, and leading forward-looking organizational and talent planning. The role will translate customer and business needs into actionable priorities, ensure cross-functional alignment, and improve how BAI plans, prioritizes, and delivers value. Working closely with matrix partners, this leader will help ensure decisions reflect customer priorities, align to enterprise objectives, and advance opportunities for greater efficiency, focus, and impact across the organization.
In addition, this role will help shape BAI’s talent strategy by supporting the development of talent with broad, cross-functional experience and building the organizational capabilities required for the future. This is a highly visible role requiring strategic thinking, strong business acumen, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence effectively across senior stakeholders, matrix partners, and cross-functional teams.
Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US Headquarter site. You will work on-site a minimum of 2 days a week.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 4 years of strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, consulting, or related business leadership experience
OR
Master’s degree and 7 years of strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, consulting, or related business leadership experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, consulting, or related business leadership experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
