Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regulatory variations and renewals in line with corporate and health authority deadlines
- Maintain and update regulatory databases in accordance with quality and compliance requirements
- Support the launch, validation, and approval of packaging materials, ensuring timelines are met
- Translate regulatory documents such as product information leaflets, summaries of product characteristics, and labeling materials
- Monitor deadlines and track regulatory activities to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support regulatory processes and documentation
About you
To excel in this role you will need to have:
- Be a current student or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant Health Science degree, with the ability to sign a university agreement for a trainee program
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Portuguese and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
- A proactive and accountable mindset, with confidence to take ownership of assigned tasks
- A collaborative, open-minded approach and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous exposure to regulatory training would be a plus
