Baptist Health is looking for a Regional Philanthropy Coordinator - KYANA to join our team in Louisville, KY!
The Regional Philanthropy Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support of philanthropic activities amongst multiple foundations within the KYANA region (Louisville, LaGrange, and Floyd). This includes the coordination of fundraising initiatives and ensuring accurate recording and acknowledgment of all donations within that region. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s relationships with donors and are instrumental in achieving fundraising goals to support Baptist Health’s mission and vision.
Essential Duties:
Oversee office functions, maintain material organization, manage supplies, and coordinate office maintenance.
Provide support for internal meetings, document preparation, and general office correspondence.
Serve as point of contact for office-related inquiries, monitor foundation email and phone, provide information and coordinate follow up.
Track office expenses, assist with budgeting, and process reconciliations, invoices and reports.
Foster clear and positive communication across foundation locations and maintain internal messaging
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associate degree
Additional years of experience in an administrative support or office management role in a business environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
2 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role in a business environment preferred.
Experience in non-profit, or fundraising a plus.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
