Program Summary 

The EPBL program focuses on delivering efficient and reliable material management solutions to support production and operational requirements. The program ensures timely procurement, inventory control, and distribution of materials to meet customer needs and maintain optimal supply chain performance.

Job Summary 

The Program Manager, Materials, is responsible providing alternate solutions for obsolete parts and assisting the customer in finding suppliers for parts with no current suppliers. The PM will also work with the customer’s engineering team to fast track SERs and provide logistical information as needed. The PM will also assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements. This role ensures parts availability, optimal inventory levels, cost-effective purchasing, and efficient material flow throughout the supply chain.

Roles and Responsibilities   

  • EPBL Customer Project Manager: Responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities, reporting to Honeywell Leadership, and managing stakeholder communication.

  • Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with the Sr Program Manager on various supply chain projects and initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Honeywell ISC teams to emphasize the EPBL needs

  • Develop a MOS to hold Honeywell ISC and Engineering accountable

  • Suppliers: Provide necessary product and performance data as required.

  • Work with the KBR Operations and Materials Team to ensure all needed parts are properly forecasted and delivered On Time to Request (OTTR)

  • Analyze the Honeywell supply chain data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet production demands.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery processes.

  • Participate in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency. • Other delayed customer parts requirements as needed. Utilize ERP and MAXIMO systems to manage material planning and reporting.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials management processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in materials management or related field.

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering functional objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and material planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MAXIMO system.

  • Background in global supply chain management.

  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions.
