As the Regional Manager, you will lead the regional team to bring the Arc’teryx brand to life by building strong communities and delivering seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints. You will be accountable for regional performance and will drive retail operations to ensure alignment with the brand vision and business strategy.
You will lead and develop Store Managers and regional team members while partnering closely with Territory Managers and HQ teams to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence across all channels, including Brand Stores, Department Stores, and partner locations.
You will also build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to elevate the brand, strengthen distribution, and drive both sell-in and sell-through within your region. As a people-first leader, you will inspire and develop high-performing teams while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences.

If you were the Regional Manager now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
• Lead your regional team to drive profitable revenue growth across all channels through seamless and exceptional consumer experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Store, Community, and Department Store Contract Managers while setting annual and seasonal objectives to drive full-price sell-through, strengthen guest engagement, and grow the Arc’teryx community.
• Partner closely with Korea HQ and Territory Managers to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive excellence in the B2B channel by elevating brand presentation in specialty partner and department store locations, supporting sell-in and sell-through, and activating key accounts.
• Manage sales performance across department store locations by setting and monitoring store-level sales targets and ensuring consistent progress toward revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department store headquarters and store-level partners to support store operations, brand activations, and promotional activities.
• Manage seasonal inventory planning and product allocation to ensure optimal stock levels across stores and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support store operations by ensuring consistent service standards, staff training, and compliance with brand operational guidelines.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to execute promotions, brand events, and VIP customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, and product trends, and provide insights and recommendations to HQ for continuous improvement.
• Strengthen brand presence and consumer experience within department store locations while building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Are you our next Regional Manager?
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple stores and leading best-in-class retail operations.
• Experience leading retail operations and district management with a strong understanding of the requirements for retail success.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration toward shared goals.
• Experience across multiple distribution channels including Brand Stores, Department Stores, partner retail locations, and wholesale environments.
• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Arc’teryx Brand Store management experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and developing solutions.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration effectively.
