What you’ll contribute to
As our Regional Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Toyota’s vehicle supply chain runs smoothly. You’ll support our dealer network by resolving logistics issues, coordinating operational activities, and maintaining critical supply chain information—helping us deliver on our promise of exceptional customer experiences.
This is a Max-Term opportunity until 30 June 2026, based at our CHQ office in Port Melbourne, with monthly interstate travel.
How you’ll make an impact
Coordinate vehicle logistics activities with our logistics partners to keep operations on track.
Maintain and communicate key supply chain information to internal stakeholders.
Respond promptly to dealer enquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor port fitment part information to guarantee continuity of supply.
Prepare and share status reports that support decision-making across Sales Regions and National Sales.
Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory requirements to minimise risk.

2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or dealership operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
You’re confident communicating with stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
You bring a solid understanding of automotive logistics and supply chain processes.
