To conduct daily purchasing/planning activities of raw materials to ensure manufacturing operation plan running smoothly without material shortage. Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvement, propose and execute feasible solutions on efficiency enhancement, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience building.
Perform the execution of the material plan and schedule in/out on a daily basis to meet manufacturing targets. Responsible for securing availability of stocks Maintaining accurate item in SAP to ensure healthiness of MRP system Reviewing open PO to mitigate the risk of overdue delivery. Work closely with purchasing department to evaluate suppliers’ performance based on data. Work closely with Engineering and Production departments in ECM2 process to ensure well managed Phase-in and Phase-out process in IMT SH to avoid material scrap during ECM. Assist in preparing cost analysis reports, propose improvement actions, and monitor execution results. Participate in continuous improvement projects to ensure cost reduction and productivity gains. Participate in developing process optimization plans, creating process flowcharts, and organizing process reviews. Assist in developing FIT4 project implementation plans and track key milestones and progress. Participate in system testing, issue tracking, and user training to ensure readiness for go-live. Coordinate cross-functional resources to support dry-run rehearsals and mitigate go-live risks.
