About the Role
• Partner closely with designated business groups and Local Business Units (LBUs), line management and executive teams across all aspects of HR including, leadership succession, talent review, employee relations, staffing, compensation, organization design, resource planning, learning and career development.Roles & Responsibilities:
A trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters
Collaborate with senior management to translate business priorities into an effective and actionable HR strategy plan
Partner with leaders and HR teams to review leadership succession plans by assessing talent readiness, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, to provide objective, actionable recommendations that strengthen the leadership pipeline
Support organization effectiveness through workforce planning, target operating model reviews, organizational planning, workforce engagement initiatives and yearly compensation review
Address employee relations issues, performance management and employee development needs
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions
Regional / LBU Support
Provide guidance and coaching to LBU HR teams and play a governance role to ensure adherence to GPS guidelines
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across LBUs in compliance with local laws and regulations
Review salary budgets, performance rating distributions, and total compensation planning; manage exceptions and escalations
Coordinate Organisation and People Review (OPR) processes and track People KPIs
Act as the central contact point between Group HR functions and LBU HR teams, facilitating discussions on people matters and special projects
Group Office Support
Serve as single point of contact for Group Office Snr Management Team (SMT) and direct reports on people-related matters
Provide advice on employee and manager enquiries, including payroll-related matters, in line with HR guidelines
Handle complex enquiries, grievances and complaints, ensuring appropriate investigation and resolution
Manage key touchpoints such as onboarding and offboarding, ensuring strong process governance
Minimum Requirements:
University graduate
At least 12 years of relevant experience providing HR business partnering services, with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders on strategic topics; experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is advantageous
Demonstrate resilience and ability to perform under pressure and adapt to change
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and advisory skills with the ability to synthesize information and create independent solutions
