1. Purpose of Role

Memastikan pengembangan kurikulum, materi pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran bagi tenaga penjualan Bancassurance berjalan efektif, terstandarisasi, dan sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Curriculum Development

  • Mengembangkan dan memperbarui kurikulum berbasis kompetensi.
  • Mendesain materi pelatihan dalam berbagai format, termasuk modul, presentasi, video, dan micro-content.
  • Menyusun assessment, studi kasus, simulasi, dan alat evaluasi pembelajaran.

B. Training Delivery

  • Melakukan fasilitasi sesi Train-the-Trainer kepada Regional Development

C. Program & Project Management

  • Mengelola program pelatihan end-to-end, termasuk perencanaan, eksekusi, dan evaluasi.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder internal terkait program & roadmap pelatihan untuk FSC, ASL, & RSH

D. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Menyusun laporan efektivitas pelatihan (Level 1–4).
  • Melakukan analisis data pelatihan untuk rekomendasi perbaikan.
  • Menjaga dokumentasi dan arsip materi sesuai kebijakan Sales Force Development & Curriculum.
