SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Jotun South East Asia & Pacific (SEAP) Regional Office is looking for Regional Brand Manager - Speciality who responsible in the region for assigned brand, product or solutions portfolio by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materialising innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies/budget.Job Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and implement the region’s short-term and long-term marketing activities for the assigned products to achieve the key performance indicators in terms of innovation growth, brand development, brand profitability, and financial targets.
Ensure that the positioning of assigned products in the region is in line with Regional and Corporate guidelines by following up on brand strategies and positioning to drive the profitable growth of the assigned products.
Identify relevant new opportunities within the brand strategy by initiating new ideas for the assigned products to drive profitable growth.
Support the innovation project team in the region by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to ensure that the project achieves desired results within the agreed schedule. Operate within the agreed expenditure set by Jotun’s business strategy.
Manage innovation projects for the Brand in the region by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to ensure the projects achieve the desired results.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in marketing or any relevant commercial field.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
Ability to travel within the region and beyond as required.
