Roles & Responsibilities

1. Large deal项目执行与支持

• 根据区域Large deal战略，协同区域制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果
• 以全国策略方案为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化
• 识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议，提升赢率与效率

2. 项目管理与跨部门协同

• 协助统筹区域内Large deal项目，协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源
• 以Account为基准，全周期管理多科室多产品项目组合落地和品牌提升
• 参与分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施，提升Account维护粘性

3. 跨Segment临床方案管理和推动

• 跟踪并解读区域医疗相关政策，设备配置标准、临床指南及行业标准解读
• 以客户为中心，结合实际需求，通过跨segment组合产品方案。针对疾病病种联合segment深化方案和产品匹配度
• 结合超声临床化和临床超声化方向，聚焦重点Account，建立相关模式和项目，追踪执行和落地

4. 市场策略和竞争工具

• 分析区域市场特征，协同省份动态制定定制化省份竞争及策略
• 密切协同Segment等多部门，分析整理综合产品和竞品竞争工具，推动和推广培训方案整合

• 整理并推广成功项目经验，提升团队整体执行效率与能力

Qualifications

• 具备医疗行业销售或项目管理经验，熟悉大型项目（如大单、新建医院）执行流程。
• 熟悉医疗设备（尤其是超声）产品及其临床应用，能根据客户需求整合跨Segment产品方案。
• 具备项目统筹与跨部门协作能力，能协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等资源推动项目落地。
• 具备客户导向思维，能围绕疾病病种深化解决方案设计，提升产品与临床需求的匹配度。
• 具备市场分析与策略制定能力，能根据区域特征制定定制化竞争策略并推动落地。
• 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作意识，能推动项目成功实施并沉淀经验。
