[What the role is]
You will be required to record file documents that are on-site and in the warehouse.[What you will be working on]
Record file documents that are on-site and in the warehouse
Use organisational software to retrieve information for cross-checking purposes
Identify documents within the retention period and pack them for warehouse storage
Pack documents into boxes for disposal and maintain accurate disposal records
Perform data entry into the database
Carry out other ad hoc duties as requested by management
[What we are looking for]
Minimum O level qualifications
Experience in managing data/information in a database (such as spreadsheets)
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge in SAP BO Web Intelligence will be an advantage
Some lifting and moving of boxes are required.
This is a 1-year contract position. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
