Records Management Officer (Contract)

[What the role is]

You will be required to record file documents that are on-site and in the warehouse.

[What you will be working on]

  • Record file documents that are on-site and in the warehouse

  • Use organisational software to retrieve information for cross-checking purposes

  • Identify documents within the retention period and pack them for warehouse storage

  • Pack documents into boxes for disposal and maintain accurate disposal records

  • Perform data entry into the database

  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as requested by management

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum O level qualifications

  • Experience in managing data/information in a database (such as spreadsheets)

  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge in SAP BO Web Intelligence will be an advantage

  • Some lifting and moving of boxes are required.

This is a 1-year contract position. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
