COMPENSATION: $17.00/hour (Non-Exempt)

The Role
As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist serves as the "face" and "voice" of Legends Global. You will manage our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every client, guest, and staff member receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Hub: Operate a multi-line phone system; screen, direct, and take detailed messages for personnel across all departments.
- Guest Relations: Greet on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce arrivals to the appropriate staff.
- Event Support: Provide accurate information regarding facility events, directions, and general inquiries to the public.
- Facility Management: Coordinate reservations for the Great Dunes Beach Deck & South Dune Picnic areas, including payment follow-up and inter-departmental communication.
- Signage & Feedback: Update the exterior monument sign for incoming groups and maintain the Legends INSIGHTS program by tracking customer and group feedback.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain office supply inventory, update appointment calendars, and assist with document preparation (memos, reports, filing). Update event related spreadsheets: revenue and soft reports
- Office Maintenance: Ensure copy and fax machines are operational and assist team members with basic technical needs.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Successful Background- Must meet company standards
- Education: High School diploma, College degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of related administrative or customer service experience.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office . Typing speed of 35–40 wpm preferred.
- Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
