Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Malaysia team to manage multiple market research projects.
Project Management
- Plan, organize and manage resources for data collection projects with a special focus into online projects
- Co-ordinate / co-operate with different parties to achieve the project KPIs and goals
- Communicating with project teams across different countries effectively
- Control costs, time and resources while meeting deadlines
Client Management
- Ensure client satisfaction from the projects managed
- Closely monitor and manage commissioned projects to resolve issues that might surface
- Take ownership of the work being assigned
- Collaborate with local vendors to best support client's requests
Others
- Understand questionnaire design and flows
- Understand sampling frames, quotas, and basic research terminologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 3 year working experience in Marketing Research is required; ideally across both client servicing and project management.
- Strong knowledge on a variety of methodologies such as online and offline, ad-hoc and trackers
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills
- Strong sense of ownership and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Verbal/Written English; additional language is preferred
- Fast thinking and analytical mindset
- Self-starter who can work independently and a team player with good problem-solving skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
