·        General:

·        Provides solutions to a variety of problems.

·        Works under general supervision and follows established procedures.

·        Primarily intra-organizational with less frequent interorganizational contacts.

 

Specific:

·        Acts as a Quality Engineering Representative within the product evaluation, disposition, and bounding process.

·        Resolution of product dispositioning (scrap, rework, non-conformance records) through direct involvement as well as coordination with peers and other required departments or suppliers.

·        May be assigned tasks, NCAs, or other aspects within the Nonconformance process.

·        Maintain appropriate documentation as required for Quality System activities.

·        Provide technical support for Computer Aided Quality processes.

·        Provide technical support for successful new product transfer for established or new customers.

May perform other duties as assigned and not all responsibilities may be assigned.

Education, Qualification, Experience and Competency Requirements Minimum Requirements:

·        2-4 years relevant experience.

·        Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Preferred Requirements:

·        Experience:

o   Working knowledge of a manufacturing process such as Turning, Finishing, or Sterile/non- sterile Packaging.

o   Medical device manufacturing within FDA Title 21 CFR Part 820 & ISO 13485

o   Understanding of Gage metrology and inspection plans.

o   Conduct product testing.

o   Experience with split, return and/or ZREW processes.

 

·        Proficiency preferred in use of EtQ reliance software, BabtecQ Inspection software, Windchill Change Management software, and/or ERP SAP software.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.73 - $39.13.
