We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.

As Senior Quality Specialist, you will be accountable for ensuring that the project scope of supply meets the quality contractual requirements. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager and/or Project Directors and all supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, timely managing risks and the relevant mitigation plan in order to minimize the number of escaping defects and ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

As Senior Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements
  • Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers, putting in place adequate quality surveillance and risk mitigation plan
  • Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build effective relationships
  • Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers
  • Monitoring the punch list during the scope of supply execution so to achieve zero punch list at shipment
  • Driving On Time Delivery of quality documents and certification book to customer
  • Feeding continuous learning nurturing Lesson Learned process and application
  • Support operational development of strategic initiatives
  • Mentor new resources in the team
  • Define quality roadmap within the project or program assigned
  • Support in preparing Quality Management reviews and Business Review

 


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have an appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (a Master Degree is recommended)
  • Show solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes and their application
  • Have analytical and reporting skill and show understanding and experience of problem-solving methodology and Continuous Improvement
  • Be fluently English and Italian
  • Have a consolidated previous experience in quality or project management preferably in the energy sector.
  • Have Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
  • Exploit previous experience in Oil & Gas industry (desired)

  • Enjoy travelling to manufacturing locations and being flexible to customer demands (available to travel on short notice)
