To direct and lead quality assurance inspectors in the performance of their daily job functions. To replace the QA inspectors when there is absenteeism. Provide frequent feedback to the QA Supervisor on all quality issues.
● Monitor inspection activities and offer assistance to assure adherence to quality control, procedures, instructions and workmanship standards.
● Assure that all inspection tools, gauges, visual aids, are in proper working order and of the latest revision.
● Assign daily activities of quality assurance operators and evaluate their effectiveness.
● Co-ordinate, direct and participate in the activities of the quality assurance department.
● Replace QA inspectors in the daily job function when there is absenteeism.
