Quality Lab Tech III 1st shift – Sanford, NC

We have an opportunity for Quality Lab Tech III to join our Sanford NC team. You will work with our technical team to develop test methods, set up, and conduct new product performance tests.
You will:
*Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize a variety of testing solutions.
*Assist engineers with troubleshooting system failures and determining root cause
*Evaluate and propose improvements for lab testing.
*Fabricate advanced test fixtures and tools with precision.
*Independently maintain lab facilities, equipment, and documentation.
*Mentor and guide less experienced technicians.
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.
*Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements.

*Years of Experience and Education:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*3 - 5 years of experience in a lab environment
Shift/Hours:
1st This position is on-site. Monday -Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. (Plus OT when needed)
Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay will be $30.00 per hour. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
