  • Promote lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across production.
  • Serve as a trusted quality partner across all EVBS locations, supporting audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adapt and deliver in dynamic environments, taking ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Interpret complex engineering requirements with precision, including GD&T, and utilize advanced measurement methods (CMM), gage calibration, and industry-standard inspection practices.
  • Collaborate across functions to accelerate delivery, escalating issues effectively and driving alignment on quality objectives.

Communication, Collaboration & Influence – You build bridges for positive impact across the organization.

  • Drive alignment and inspire action by building consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Craft compelling messages for all audiences—executives, peers, and frontline teams—through strong written and verbal communication.
  • Lead with initiative and accountability, demonstrating a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excel in dynamic environments, balancing priorities with agility and grace under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:
