Responsible for identifying new site opportunities for future stores, development and design of new stores, management, maintenance and refurbishment of existing stores, plus seismic remediation, refrigeration upgrades, energy efficiency and maintenance, the Foodies Property team are focussed on supporting members and the co-op to deliver for our customers every day.
Te Tūranga – About the role
As the Property Data Analyst, you’ll be an advocate of data quality excellence and continuous improvement. Working with the Development and wider Property teams you’ll deliver analysis and reporting to support our long-term, property vision and strategy.
Some of what you’ll be responsible for include:
· Maintaining high data quality and overall management of Quickbase inputs, maintenance and reporting
· Actively managing mapping tools for property analysis (Tableau / ArcGIS)
· Assisting with the preparation of Network Strategy pre-reads, documents and Board Paper
· Analysing and managing store rollout forecasts to report the level of risk the company is exposed to
· Undertakeing Post Implementation Review (PIR) analysis at the completion of a project
· Developing and maintaining project benchmarking tools to assist with future projects

You’ll have excellent communication skills with a great ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas, concepts and effectively present to others. You’ll also have great attention to detail and proven experience in maintaining high data quality standards with the ability to also see the bigger picture.
You’ll also have:
· Experience in data analysis
· Experience in SAP systems (preferrable)
· Competence in MS Office software and have experience using SharePoint, or similar
