Your Role:

  • Project Coordination: You will accompany strategically relevant projects and programs with medium to high complexity. You will ensure that time, quality, and budget objectives are met and lead smaller sub-projects, particularly the current S4 HANA (Fit4 Operations) project.

  • Alignment: You will work closely with site managers, the IT transformation team (Fit4 Team), and relevant stakeholders to ensure strategic goal orientation. You will provide well-founded analyses, scenarios, and decision-making templates based on project-relevant insights.

  • Support: You will assist the two Heads of Product Groups with alignment issues and involve all relevant cross-functional stakeholders to promote transparency, alignment, and efficient decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management and Reporting: You will ensure clear, audience-appropriate communication of project progress and results to all stakeholders, including top management, to foster transparency, trust, and engagement.

  • Project Communication: You will organize and facilitate workshops, steering committees, and review meetings, ensuring complete and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.

Your Profile:

  • Education: You hold a university degree in engineering or business, preferably as an industrial engineer, or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience: You have initial experience in project management, ideally in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Skills: You possess strong analytical and communication skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
