About You 

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will work closely with other senior members of the Technical Consultant team and the Business Solution Consultant team at a tactical level, handling requests from the customer about “how” our MP works. Working with APIs, reports, configurations, migration, validation and documentation of different products.

In addition, you will perform crucial tasks in each delivery for our customers. For example, the definition of the test criteria, performing the QA and working on the documentation. Also helping the customer with the On-boarding of products and Migrations.

This role requires good business acumen and the skills of a customer-facing consultant. You will need to be a team player and make use of good communication skills as you work

closely with our internal engineering team and our customer stakeholders sometimes in a fast-paced and agile development environment. You will help in delivering the right solution for our customers, while steadily expanding AppDirect’s platform functionality, stability, and scale.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Manage customer deliveries professionally, demonstrating motivation, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Clearly understand and align with AppDirect’s mission, goals, and objectives.
• Support the delivery of both standard and customized solutions for AppDirect customers.
• Understand Professional Services’ objectives and key results (OKRs) relevant to technical consulting.
• Effectively articulate AppDirect’s vision, strategy, and competitive position in the industry.
• Validate and submit customer migration files, providing guidance throughout the migration process.
• Contribute to QA efforts, including defining test criteria, creating test plans, executing validation, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all activities performed.
• Support marketplace monitoring, configuration management, and integration efforts, including API consulting and technical design reviews.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and manage multiple moving parts effectively.
• Experience solving complex technical implementation challenges independently and in a team.
• Hands-on experience with QA processes, including test plan creation, validation, and UAT.
• Solid understanding of the billing domain and experience migrating billing records.
• Experience preparing high-quality documentation.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, technical consulting best practices, and marketplace configurations.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
