As Program Manager IV NE, this role oversees all aspects of projects and serves as the primary point of contact. It leads and manages multiple medium- to large-scale initiatives, utilizing advanced project management tools to ensure successful delivery. The role achieves project objectives by effectively planning, coordinating, and evaluating all project activities.

A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) varying shifts.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing changes.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assists in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years project management experience in assigned area which may include experience in implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc. OR Master’s Degree and four years experience.
  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
  • Effective relationship building skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Master’s Degree

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
