The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects within our Transformer Business Unit. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project milestones, and ensure successful delivery for one of our strategic customers. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead multiple projects with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage scope, resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee project documentation for scope, budget, and risk management.
  • Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while sharing lessons learned.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred; must obtain Hitachi Energy PM certification within 2 years.
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage scope, cost, and schedules.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Project, and other PM tools.
  • Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and North American energy sector is a plus.
