About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support Atari’s commercialization activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple systems and tasks without errors, and is comfortable coordinating with both internal and external partners. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for video games.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate game discounts across multiple platforms (Steam, Nintendo, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date discount calendars and internal spreadsheets.
  • Follow and improve key processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
  •  Manage and maintain the discount management Asana for all studios.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed..

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of data entry or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while being collaborative and cross-functional.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong sense of initiative and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for video games.
  • Experience working across global teams or with external partners.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and workflows efficiently.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST)
