As a Project Manager, I&T Enterprise Projects, you will lead complex technology initiatives that support ENMAX’s retail, generation, and I&T businesses. You’ll own delivery from start to finish, applying strong judgment, professionalism, and leadership to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, aligns with ENMAX’s values, and brings a practical, results-driven approach to project delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
Build and manage clear project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to keep work on track
Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver agreed upon scope on time and within budget
Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency
Manage scope changes thoughtfully, clearly assessing and communicating impacts to timelines, costs, and resources
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues using sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach
Follow established governance, documentation standards, and project controls with professionalism and discipline
Ensure business readiness, smooth operational handoff, and thorough project closure
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or other related field is preferred
PMP designation is highly desired
Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience leading technology-enabled projects from initiation through closeout
Experience working within larger enterprise ecosystems (CRM, Billing, Customer Care)
Experience delivering projects involving SAP systems is an asset
Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business partners to drive alignment and results
Competencies:

Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks in complex, multistakeholder environments
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes

Sound judgment and decision-making skills, balancing flexibility with delivery discipline

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
