Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsible for the preparation of detailed engineering studies and plans, bills of materials, coordinate design fabrication of components and the actual project management, implementation, and commissioning of simultaneous projects.

  • Work focus on preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
  • Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
  • Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
  • Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
  • Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
  • Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
  • Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
  • Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
  • Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
  • Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain budgets and adjust according to needs as they arise.
  • Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
  • Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Work cross functional to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Promotes teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and supports the concept of one face to our customers.
  • Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer

  • Professional accreditation with an industry related body would be advantageous
  • Broad knowledge and technical skill in Industrial Refrigeration
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Outstanding communication
  • Mechanical, electrical, electronic background with a working knowledge of the other disciplines
  • Commercial understanding of the impact of failure/downtime on production and ultimately customer delivery
  • English & local language
  • Analytical mind
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Driving License
  • High Technical aptitude
  • Strong personal
