Role Purpose


The Integrated Project Director role is the operational day-to-day lead on key client accounts and specific projects. You are a driving force behind their account(s) and projects from an operational, commercial and creative standpoint. You are consistently engaged and proactive, demonstrating passion for creative and technology, sharing this with the teams during the process, improving the creative product and overall operational experience for both colleagues and clients alike.
 
As Project Director, you will provide oversight and ownership for the successful delivery of all integrated projects, working hand-in-hand with the Business Leadership team, managing scope of work, timings and budgets in close partnership. You will be responsible for driving multi-disciplinary functions, executing across complex accounts, and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. You will oversee large pieces of client business with input into annual scopes of work and resource management, ensuring profitability alongside the Business Leadership team. 

The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns, with a particular appreciation for ATL channels / TV and will be able to work and build strong relationships with creatives and a team of agency producers. Previous experience of working on global accounts and clients in financial services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures agency processes are followed to deliver great integrated creative, including ensuring the Business Leadership, Resource Management, and broader Project Management teams are up to date with the flow of incoming briefs, and status of live projects.

  • Consistently liaises and collaborates with Business Leadership to ensure that project timing plans, deliverables lists, scopes of work, and other necessary requirements are up to date.

  • Responsible for following the correct creative approval process, internally and externally.

  • Engages with and resources the correct specialist support as and when required, ensuring required processes are adhered to and costs are managed.

  • Attends relevant account weekly status, resource meetings and department meetings.

  • Attends and is an active participant in key client presentations and status meetings

  • Ensures that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including scope of work, scope changes, estimates, burn reports and invoices / purchase order administration.

  • Will act as a leader within the team and help to support and mentor more junior members as required.
