Essential Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain project start‑up systems, including office setup, filing, billing setup, cost tracking tools, and project directories
Handle administrative and documentation tasks such as correspondence, meeting minutes, milestone tracking, and maintaining files, logs, drawings, and specifications
Support subcontract and procurement processes by assisting with tendering, awarding work, processing invoices and claims, and preparing purchase requisitions
Manage change orders and RFIs by gathering pricing, updating logs, submitting requests for approval, distributing information, and maintaining accurate records
Assist with scheduling, drawing management, and project close‑out by updating schedules, coordinating drawing reviews, organizing warranties/O&M manuals, and preparing turnover documentation
Qualifications:
Possess post‑secondary education in construction, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
Understand construction documents and core processes including project setup, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, and closeout
Demonstrate strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software
Communicate effectively and respond professionally to internal and external client requests
Contribute to problem‑solving, ask questions to ensure clarity, and work collaboratively with team members
Work Conditions:
This position is site‑based and requires regular in‑office presence to support field operations, collaborate with project teams, and maintain effective communication and documentation
