What you will do:
Provide end‑to‑end Project Controls management, including cost and schedule development, forecasting, and control across the full project lifecycle.
Support Program Managers with scope definition, change management, and assessment of overall project financial health.
Manage field cost control activities by coordinating with contractors to review, analyze, and approve/reject daily field reporting and incurred costs.
Analyze and reconcile direct and indirect costs against budgets and forecasts, working with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve variances.
Prepare and deliver clear project status reporting, including expenditure profiles, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analysis for Senior and Project Management.
Maintain and support project controls systems, tools, and standards, including templates, gating controls, EcoSys administration, and contractor onboarding.
Who You Are:
Degree or diploma in related field such as business, engineering or construction. Project Management Professional credential (PMP) is an asset.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction, including solar or wind relevant experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered. Without a degree, you are required to have 7 years of experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a team environment.
Computer skills using MS Office, Oracle/SAP. High proficiency in MS Excel required (v-lookups, pivot tables, graph generation). Knowledge in Power BI is an asset.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary: $80,500 - $125,000/year USD
