Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end project management through effective planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, and reporting within Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS delivery framework. The Planning / MIS / Project Coordinator will prepare and monitor project schedules, cost forecasts, and resource plans to ensure seamless execution of investor-led base-build projects. The position involves progress tracking, deviation analysis, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain program alignment. It also oversees MIS reporting, procurement monitoring, and change control processes, providing accurate and data-driven insights to support timely and successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

About the Role:
- Monitors progress against baseline schedules, updates weekly and monthly reports, and identifies potential risks or delays to mitigate proactively.
- Coordinates with the project team, contractors, and consultants to ensure the timely availability of drawings, approvals, and materials in line with the project plan.
- Tracks procurement schedules, monitors lead times for critical materials, and ensures timely delivery to prevent execution delays.
- Prepares and circulates weekly and monthly MIS reports including progress dashboards, schedule variance, manpower, and procurement status.
- Ensures smooth communication and coordination between client, consultants, and site teams to maintain project governance and reporting accuracy.
- Supports change control processes by evaluating time and cost implications of variations and ensuring schedule updates reflect approved changes.
- Analyses resource utilization, productivity trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making for project efficiency.
- Coordinates with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless alignment between planning data and site progress.
- Assists in preparing presentations, project trackers, and dashboards for Senior management reviews.
- Develops and maintains detailed project schedules in Microsoft office aligned with project objectives and contractual milestones.

- About You:
- B.E. Civil
- 6 - 8 Years & above of relevant experience
- Similar experience or role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project / Primavera software.
- Technical awareness of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Architectural works.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
