This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, submittals, and correspondence. About the Role:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for collection, distribution, and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and tracking of contracts and work orders, including clause management and incorporation of amendments when project scope or terms change.
- Support BOQ preparation, document management for cost and quantity records, and maintain change or variation documentation as required.
- Maintain document registers and trackers for drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with project, organizational, and statutory document control standards.
- Support reporting, audits, and client reviews by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Implement and improve document control workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

About You:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Document Control for commercial, residential, or base-build projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experienced with SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, or other document management systems
- Strong knowledge of document management workflows, version control, and digital archiving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project documentation standards and compliance requirements
