Job Description:

The Programmatic Executive will support the delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns, working across DSP platforms to manage, optimize, and report on performance. You will work closely with the Programmatic Manager/Product Manager to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results for clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a desire to grow into a programmatic specialist. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the setup, trafficking, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.). 

  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance against client KPIs. 

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, such as discrepancies, tagging errors, or creative approvals. 

  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency. 

  • Assist in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. 

  • Collaborate with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic into wider campaigns. 

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and capabilities in programmatic advertising. 

 

Requirements 

  • 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital campaign management. 

  • Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr. 

  • Understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards. 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn advanced programmatic techniques. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
