Job Description:
The Programmatic Executive will support the delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns, working across DSP platforms to manage, optimize, and report on performance. You will work closely with the Programmatic Manager/Product Manager to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results for clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a desire to grow into a programmatic specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, trafficking, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance against client KPIs.
Troubleshoot campaign issues, such as discrepancies, tagging errors, or creative approvals.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency.
Assist in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic into wider campaigns.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and capabilities in programmatic advertising.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital campaign management.
Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.
Understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn advanced programmatic techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
