What this job involves - As a Training & Off/Onboarding Coordinator at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for new team members while supporting the ongoing development of our workforce. This position involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive onboarding programs that help new employees integrate seamlessly into our collaborative culture. You will partner closely with HR, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and empowered to contribute from day one.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Approximate breakdown of activities for this role is 40% Administrative, 30% Stakeholder Management, 30% Training Management.
  • Must have critical understanding of training content importance and timely execution in a regulated environment that is subject to regulating authority (i.e. FDA) audit(s).

  • Communicates training due dates and requirements to Team Members and 3rd party Contractors and Vendors.

  • Work with Managers, Supervisors and Technicians to ensure training compliance and timely completion of Teammates’ trainings.  

  • Develop Trade Technicians’ curricula that enhances skills and maintains compliance by working with Managers/Supervisors to understand training and access requirements.

  • Oversee communications and manage training budget for skills development based on job task analyses for all staff within their business unit including (but not limited to): Technical, Administrative, Professional, and Leadership Staff.

  • Coordinate appropriate site access permissions to align with business requirements; verify training completion to ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.

  • Monitor and track KPIs to maintain 100% training compliance.

  • Work with Manager and Team at large, on other projects, as requested.

  • Oversee all training projects and initiatives.

  • Maintain and Communicate JLL training standards, processes, and templates for the most effective instructional design.

  • Participate in technology development project conversations to understand the complexity of the technology being developed and the user groups impacted. Apply this information to identify the best instructional design and training delivery model (in person, online, etc.).

  • Create and/or maintain processes to track projects against milestones. Assist in determining and tracking time/cost estimates for projects.

  • Maintain Badge Access Control Database for JLL Employees.

  • Must have a “Hospitality” Mindset and always try to find a way to say “Yes” while being mindful of contractual obligations.

  • Communicate effectively on training completions and ensure JLL Team – including Vendors/Contractors – remain in compliance with training requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience with Training or On/Offboarding System Administration

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least 1 year of training management experience in a regulatory environment (example, Safety or FDA training).

  • Understands e-learning design principles and is familiar with standard software used for training development & delivery.

  • Understands adult-learning theory and best practices for implementing global Training programs.

  • Proven ability in writing technical manuals or interpreting Standard Operating Procedures into a Training course.

  • Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Life Sciences or BioPharma environment

Location: Andover, MA

Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00 am-04:30 pm

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
