- Business 4 may also coordinate the activities of other team members, mentoring less experienced team members and providing guidance on program challenges and creative problem-solving.
This role applies expert judgment and makes critical decisions in handling non-routine projects, addressing complex issues, and ensuring programs comply with both internal and external regulations.
As a recognized leader, this role is accountable for the long-term success of programs, including managing risk, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving needs.

- Lead and oversee high-impact programs, including designing, planning, executing, and monitoring program outcomes that align with business and functional objectives.
- Collaborate extensively with HR, technology, and other business units to ensure the successful integration of program strategies into overall company goals.
- Exercise expert judgment in resolving complex program challenges, ensuring compliance, and driving key program decisions that impact the overall business function.
- Mentor and guide program managers and team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning, development, and innovation.
- Regularly review and refine program strategies based on industry-leading practices, emerging technologies, and evolving business needs, ensuring that all programs are future-proof and scalable.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria are clearly defined and regularly monitored to assess program impact and inform strategic adjustments.
- Identify and mitigate risks through detailed risk management strategies, ensuring program compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage complex vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the quality of services delivered to the organization.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer by organizing workshops, training, and creating documentation to support organizational learning and capacity-building related to programs.
