We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to help shape and support EEC (Enterprise Execution Center) workflows, processes, and documentation. In this role, you’ll play an important part in building scalable program infrastructure, improving consistency, and helping teams deliver work efficiently across EEC verticals.
You’ll also help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating with cross-functional teams, workstreams, and stakeholders. What You’ll Do
Develop and document standardized workflows, processes, and playbooks across programs
Create training materials and lead training sessions for internal and client teams
Partner with leadership to support governance frameworks and drive process adoption
Build and maintain program documentation, templates, and toolkits
Support change management efforts, including internal and external communications
Identify opportunities to improve operations and increase delivery efficiency
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment between strategy, governance, and execution
Track and report on EEC performance, process adoption, and key metrics
Help organize team meetings and capture notes and action items
Use designated AI tools to support workflow design, process documentation, and training materials
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of program or project management experience in Corporate Real Estate
Experience creating workflows, process documentation, and training materials
Strong understanding of PMO structures, governance, and program delivery
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support change management initiatives
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment
PgMP or PMP certification preferred

Our Program Manager earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
