Salary Range: $143913 - $197200 Per Year

Major Duties:

  • You will serve a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) who is responsible for overseeing and managing all functions of contracting management and acquisition planning functions.
  • You will analyze, evaluate, approve and redirect the strategy, plans, and techniques of pre-award and post-award functions.
  • You will manage contract cost/schedule control systems and reports.
  • You will manage a team of government and contractor personnel and provide contract oversight.
  • You will be overall lead for acquisition policy and oversight as for acquisition pathways such as Middle Tier of Acquisition, Major Capability Acquisition, and Abbreviated Acquisition Pathway.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting innovative contracting approaches or analysis of costs in contractor proposals to support program mission requirements.
