The Opportunity:
An effective program requires a manager who can guide it through the complexities of its lifecycle—someone who anticipates challenges, mitigates risks, and leads teams with clarity and focus. We are seeking a Program Manager to drive mission‑planning modernization across Air Force, Joint, and Coalition environments. This role calls for a leader who understands the mission‑planning ecosystem, the shift from legacy workstation‑based systems to cloud‑native microservices, and the integration of planning tools with C2, intelligence, and threat‑driven data sources. You will work directly with customers and a multi‑functional team to develop engineering and integration processes, refine existing systems, and lead projects from concept design through development, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include risk identification and mitigation, quantitative program analysis, budget oversight, schedule development and tracking, scope management, and clear communication with stakeholders. You will coordinate with operational and technical partners across Air Force, Joint, and Coalition communities to ensure alignment with mission priorities, and you will prepare and deliver senior‑level briefings, dashboards, and decision materials.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
