We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Operations Supervisor! You'll join our Residential Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering Solar program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client.

The Supervisor will manage all aspects of call center services overseeing a small group of 4-5 people along with a variety of tasks, systems, and processes critical to efficient and effective incentive processing and customer service, a key component of energy efficiency programs while collaborating across departments.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

People Management – Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and other contractual requirements
Quality Assurance – Manages and controls the processing of rebate/incentive applications, to ensure that contractual obligations are met, and payments are properly calculated, approved, paid, and recorded.

Customer Service – Reviews and assists with transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers, contractors and both internal and external personnel. Maintains knowledge of measures, services offered, and customer service processes & procedures. Provides expertise and guidance to customers in escalated situations. Providing reporting to key managers for all aspects of the program.

Target Compensation: $68k - $73k
