In France, ERM has more than 120 consultants, mainly based in Paris and Lyon, supporting major industrial clients across energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, transport, mining, automotive, manufacturing, electronics, telecoms and finance.

Role Summary

The Program & Client Support Assistant provides high-quality administrative, coordination, and client-facing support to the LPMR team. The role combines internal program operations with external client interaction, ensuring smooth project delivery, efficient communication, and compliance with ERM’s processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, logistics, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, shared folders, and internal dashboards.

  • Prepare, format, and organize project deliverables in line with ERM templates and PM@ERM expectations.

  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture / communicate minutes, and monitor action items.

Client Administrative Contact

  • Serve as the primary administrative interface for clients, ensuring timely, professional, and organised communication.

  • Support the preparation and submission of client-required documents (administrative forms, prequalification packages, compliance documentation).

  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials (correspondence, presentations, progress summaries).

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and other operational needs for team members.

  • Ensure orderly and compliant document management on SharePoint / Teams in accordance with ERM standards.

  • Assist in onboarding external partners and coordinating administrative prerequisites.

Quality & Process Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to ERM’s internal processes, digital tools, and quality requirements (PM@ERM, file naming conventions, version control).
  • Support preparation steps for quality reviews, performance cycles, or compliance workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal procedures and team operations.

Skills & Capabilities

Essential

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Client-service orientation and confident professional presence.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting, project coordination, or administrative support role.

  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms and project management tools.

  • Experience managing administrative exchanges with clients.
