Production Operator

Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for performing manufacturing processes in the plant in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. The role includes operating production machines and equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Working Hours:

• Sunday–Thursday, 07:00–16:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the designated work area
• Report malfunctions, deviations, or issues to the direct supervisor
• Meet production targets and adhere to defined schedules and timelines

Job Requirements:

• Ability to operate production machines and equipment
• Strong teamwork skills and good interpersonal communication
• Ability to work shifts in a dynamic production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the entire shift

Additional Skills:

• Physical ability to perform prolonged standing work
